Come and grow together to build organizational capacity!

The Capacity Lab is hosting a mini-conference on January 24, 2024, to share information on shared services, collaborations, strategic alliances, partnerships, and joint ventures! The event will start at 9 am and run until 2 pm, at the Chautauqua Suites Hotel & Expo Center in Mayville.

This mini-conference will feature panelists sharing success stories and real-life experiences; technical learning sessions; take-away tools; and focused networking opportunities, all on demystifying the process of working with others and learning more about the nonprofit organizations in the county. This is a chance for organizations to grow together, while embracing creative problem solving to build organizational capacity.

All staff and Board members from Chautauqua County-based nonprofit organizations are welcome to attend this event. A preliminary survey will be sent to you after you register – the data collected from this survey will help to shape your experience during the day, so please take a few moments to fill it out.
