Request for Proposals- Consultants

The Capacity Lab is looking to grow our partnerships to help advance our mission to align resources and develop collaborative strategies to strengthen the Chautauqua County nonprofit sector.

We are particularly interested in partnerships that will enhance our capacity-building efforts, expand our outreach, and strengthen our support network for nonprofits organizations and professionals in Chautauqua County. The three main areas of focus are:

1.    Enhancing communication and connectivity both between ourselves and the nonprofit sector, and internally within the nonprofit sector

2.    Building a talent pipeline that produces more confident and capable leaders at all levels, ready to tackle the complex issues in the local nonprofit sector

3.    Encouraging and facilitating shared services and resources, and all forms of nonprofit collaboration

The first step for any party interested in working with The Capacity Lab is to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI). Please briefly explain who you are, what you would like to do, and how your partnership would help to advance the mission of The Capacity Lab.

More information, please review the full Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposals will be accepted on a rolling basis until April 2025.

For any questions, please contact The Capacity Lab, at info@thecapacitylab.org.
